Educational Event presented by MBC and CAPPA Canada– Dr. Harvey Karp –
April 22nd 7-9pm
MBC and CAPPA Canada are very excited to announce
this FREE educational event. Dr.
Harvey Karp MD is the author of The Happiest
Baby on the Block and The
Happiest Toddler on the Block - www.happiestbaby.com - Learn the secret
ways to calming your crying babies, and helping them sleep longer. As well as parenting advice
specifically for families of multiples.
Bring your MBC membership card and get in FREE! $25 per
person/couple (same address) for non-MBC members* (*Option: This fee includes one-year of membership to
Families and Friends of Multiples – a newly forming MBC Chapter – and a
one-year subscription to MBC’s quarterly magazine Multiple Moments.)

MBC is proud of
being able to work with CAPPA Canada and their member Tracey Ruiz on presenting
this event for Members in Central Ontario; however, MBC would love to offer
this opportunity to members in other areas of Canada. If you or your chapter should have the potential for such a
partnership or similar opportunity, and would like MBC's assistance in
coordinating and promoting such an event, please feel free to contact the Business Office.
2. Making A Difference Awards – Nomination
Date Extended to April 15th
Due to popular demand, MBC is extending the
nomination deadline. Now you can
take a few minutes to review the Making A
Difference Awards section of the MBC website and nominate someone
deserving. Not enough time to fill
out the nomination form as posted on the website? … Don’t worry. Email your nomination with a few
important details to Katherine Romain at makingadifference@multiplebirthscanada.org. Everyone knows someone who has gone
above and beyond in their community – it’s time to recognize this person’s
efforts in the multiple-birth community locally, nationally or
internationally. Do it today!
