Have you just been told by your doctor that you're not only expecting more than one baby, but more than two? Are you feeling a range of emotions from "how will I manage with three or more babies" to "how will my pregnancy progress?” If you are asking yourself those questions, you are not alone. With the incidence of higher order multiples (HOM) on the rise, more and more families are facing the unique challenges of prenatal needs and raising more than two children of the same age.

Multiple Births Canada's Higher Order Multiples (HOM) Support Network is made up of families who know what you are going through. Many of them have triplets, some even have quadruplets, so they understand what you are facing and can help. The best way to prepare for the birth of any child is to equip yourself with as much information as possible. Our HOM Support Network has a range of publications available as well as experienced parent contacts across Canada to talk about your concerns and offer tips.

Multiple Births Canada publishes and distributes the following publications specifically for higher order multiples families:
