The Loss of Multiples Support Network (LSN) is for families who have lost one, more or all of their multiple-birth children. The network is also available for adult survivors, grandparents, and those supporting bereaved multiple-birth families.
The Loss of Multiples Support Network provides assistance for:
- miscarriage of a multiple pregnancy
- loss of all multiples
- raising the surviving co-multiple(s) or "twinless twin"
- prematurity, stillbirth, SIDS, other reasons
- loss in childhood
- surviving multiple(s) with special needs
- educating the medical and social service community (e.g. funeral homes) about the unique support requirements of bereaved families
- recommended bereavement support resources
- e-newsletter Forever Angels sent out at least 10 times annually
- confidential e-mail Pen-Pal Angel Communication between members
- participation in Loss Discussion Forum

as well as a series of Bereavement Fact Sheets, and a Bereavement Support Kit for parents and professionals that can be ordered through the Publications area of this website.
