All individual members of Multiple Births Canada receive the following tangible

- Four issues per year of MBC's newsletter Report from National. Direct Members receive this newsletter within our magazine, Multiple Moments. Affiliate Chapter Members may also receive this newsletter within their subscription to Multiple Moments or via reprint produced by their Chapter.
- Access to the Member's Only section of the web site, which allows you, among other things, to download over 60 informative Fact Sheets. Click here to see list of MBC Fact Sheets and other publications available free of charge, and obtain latest information about conferences, research, and more.

- Access to support networks for people in special situations (e.g., higher-order multiples, lone parents, special needs, breastfeeding, francophone, bereavement and adult multiples).
- Advice and counsel on major health or parenting issues provided by the Advisory Board and other professionals as needed through the Board of Directors.

- Representation in the International Society for Twin Studies (ISTS).

Most membership categories also include four issues of Multiple Moments, Canada's only national magazine dedicated to multiple births. You may elect to receive Multiple Moments in printed or electronic format. Members may also sign up to receive Multiple Births Canada's e-mail Information Circulars.
Affiliate Chapters receive additional benefits, including:
- 1 print copy of each issue of Multiple Moments and Report from National for your Chapter library.
- Access to the new Chapter Executive section of the web site. Each member chapter is given a password to share with its executive members and volunteers to gain access to this section. This section is new and information will continue to be posted as developed. At this time, this section includes an import Media & PR Guide to help you promote your chapter within your community. Also included is information for Chapter MBC Representatives and annual membership renewal documents.
- Permission to reprint material from Report from National in your Chapter newsletter.
- Permission to reprint all Fact Sheets.
- Chapter listing on the national web site, including a link to your Chapter's web site if you have one.

Members and Chapters also benefit by having direct access to Multiple Births Canada's Directors, Chairs and volunteers. Many have devoted more than ten years to Multiple Births Canada and its predecessor, POMBA Canada, and most have experience at the local as well as national level.
