Welcome!           

Barrie Parents of Twins and More is a non profit volunteer organization offering support to parents of multiples. We were founded in Barrie, Ontario in 1988 and we continue to expand throughout Simcoe County and the surrounding areas. We have a membership of approximately 100 families and continue to grow each year!

We are a chapter organization of Multiple Births Canada (MBC) which has many affiliate clubs throughout Canada, with a membership of well over 2000 families. Please note that MBC was previously known as POMBA Canada (Parents of Multiple Births Association).

bullet Monthly meetings: 3rd Wednesday of the month at Big Bay Point Zehrs-Upstairs Community Room - 6:30-9:00pm - General meeting with scheduled speakers & discussion topics (no meetings in July & August).
bullet Member Support: “Big Sisters” for new mothers, “Phone lines” for specific issues and seven online networks.
bullet Ongoing Communications: Email & Phone Support, chapter newsletters and Canada's multiple births magazine Multiple Moments.

bulletMultiple Births Information Nights-Prenatal & first six months - Presented by multiple birth parents.

bulletNew and Expectant Parents Social in the summer gives an opportunity to make support connections.

Bi-Annual Clothing, Toy and Equipment Sales open to the public, but with member shopping first.

Classified and Buy & Sell between members, using the newsletter and monthly emails.

Discounts from local and national retailers & restaurants.

Savings on tickets for many Ontario summer attractions.

Community Outreach through donations, education and information exchange.
