Your club and its existing volunteers need your help! We have filled many volunteer positions, but our club chapter is constantly growing and we need some extra hands or new faces on the volunteer committees and in the executive to be able to keep up our current services. For more details, review the March Multifacts newsletter or contact the club if interested. We still have positions to fill … (Listed below in order of time commitment, from shortest to the most amount of time)
Games & Activities Organizer

“fun kit” & supervise at special events Product Recalls write four “product recall” newsletter columns (you need internet access) Refreshment Coordinator *must attend all general meetings and coordinate member refreshments Member Support Contact regularly phone new & expectant members & phone tree callers Newsletter Co-Editor current with Microsoft Publisher to assist the Editor in various tasks We are also looking for help with the following … Photos of club events share your photos of past events & articles on the club for our memory book Baking for fundraising table at Spring / Fall sales share your best recipe and help club fundraising Parent Support be a “one on one” support person for a family / mother in need Graphics &/or Copywriting help assisting with the updating / redesign of club correspondence All of these tasks can be shared with a friend! |
