How You Can Help K-W POMBA and Multiple Births Canada:
Zehrs and Sobey's Tapes - Help out our club by saving all of your Zehrs and Sobey's cash register tapes and bringing them to the monthly meetings. K-W POMBA cashes in the tapes for money which goes towards funding various events, such as the Christmas Party and Summer Picnic. Coupon Swap- If you have any coupons that you won't be using, please bring them to the monthly meeting as there may be other members who can use them (eg. coupons for diapers, portraits, etc). All members are welcome to help themselves to any coupons they would like. Canadian Tire Money - We are collecting Canadian Tire Money to purchase a cart to transport the K-W POMBA library books to the meetings. This cart would also be of great use at the Used Clothing and Equipment Sale and at the summer picnic to transport larger items. Please bring your Canadian Tire Money to the meetings and put it in the donation box. HBC Rewards - Help MBC by donating some or all of your points earned when shopping at the HBC Family of stores – the Bay, Zellers and Home Outfitters, DealsOutlet.ca and HBC Rewards Partners. Each year the points are used during the annual conference to purchase HBC Gift Certificates that are raffled off to raise additional funds for Multiple Births Canada. Staples Business Depot - Support Multiple Births Canada by using MBC's Dividend #800108420-4 at Staples Business Depot every time you make a purchase. Over the years your support has allowed MBC's Business Office to purchase items using gift certificates earned by the dividends points.
2008 - 2009 Volunteer Board:If you are interested in serving on the board or would like to find out about specific job details, please talk to any one of our current board members or contact kitchenerwaterloo@multiplebirthscanada.org. You can sign up for a position at the May General Meeting, or any time as positions need to be filled.
