About the Sale:K-W POMBA's used clothing & equipment sale is a semi-annual sale held in APRIL and SEPTEMBER. The sale is open to members and the general public to purchase good quality used clothing, toys, and equipment such as strollers, cribs, and high chairs at discounted prices. A portion of the total sales is retained by K-W POMBA to cover costs in running the sale and to raise funds to continue to offer programs to its members. **NEW & IMPROVED PROCESSES EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 2010**
Volunteers Needed:The used clothing and equipment sale is a huge service to the members of K-W POMBA, but without the help of volunteers the sale would not be a success. You can support K-W POMBA by selling, shopping, and volunteering at one or all of the upcoming sales. Sale volunteers working a minimum of 6 hours get to shop early and retain a larger percentage of their sales. You do not have to be a member to volunteer at the sale. If you have friends or family members who can help, please let us know. They get to shop early if they volunteer. If you know of any high school students who are looking to fulfill their high school volunteer commitment, let us know. This type of work qualifies. In the best interest of the sale we ask Volunteers to only have their children that are at least 13/14yrs old and in grade 9 attend/volunteer at the sale in order to obtain their volunteer hours for graduation purposes. Volunteers are required: Friday night – 3pm to 9pm OR Saturday – 8am to 2pm (until clean up is complete) If you would like to volunteer at the sale, please contact K-W POMBA Sale Volunteer Coordinator.
Sale Timetable:Friday Night

*To shop as a working member you must work a minimum of 6 hours and have
a valid club membership.
