- Details: You may arrive as early as 1PM on the day you are staying as you are permitted access to the waterpark and secure locker rooms before your room will be available. Guests are also permitted to use the waterpark until 9PM after checking out. Food onsite is great but can be pricey, don’t be afraid to use the fridge and microwave in your room to make your trip more affordable. Be sure to check out the evening entertainment, it’s a riot and you’ll love seeing your kids participate at the giant PJ party!

- Meeting outline: Tania received her designation as a Registered Nutritional Consultant Practitioner through the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants (IONC) and operates her private nutrition & wellness practices in Cambridge and Waterloo, ON where she sees clients on a daily basis and does workshops and lectures on nutrition and well-being. Further, Tania has completed the Post-Partum Doula certification workshop and Jack Newman's 24-hour breastfeeding course. She offers peer support to her breastfeeding clients. Her first published article "Anatomy of my Spirit" was featured in the March 2007 edition of Canada's alive magazine and she writes for many other publications

Cambridge Playgroup:
The Cambridge Playgroup will be meeting the first Thursday of every month (starting in October) from 6-7:30pm during Family Playtime at the Cambridge Early Years Centre on Ainslie Street in Cambridge. For more

You can also give Liisa a call if you are interested in knowing more about other community playgroups/programs in Cambridge. There are lots of fun options to choose from at all times of day - some of them are family playtime, and some of them are set up so
that the kids go into the daycare room while you have a break in a parents program. A lot of these programs are free, and very flexible (drop-in when it works into your schedule)..
